The Well is a massive new development underway that is overtaking a prominent block at Front and Spadina in downtown Toronto by Riocan and Allied properties. It is a series of buildings and walkways that include condos, restaurants, shopping and office space. The first of it's kind in Canada. The challenge was to tell the story of this unique multi-use space before it was built. A launch party was held for developers, potential tenants, and investors and this brochure was used to help tell this story at the event and also lives in the sales centre. The development sits on land which was formerly the Globe & Mail - a prominent Canadian newspaper - so the large newspaper format and editorial style was a nod to the past while creating excitement for something new.
