Turtle Creek is a luxury high-res development in Dallas Texas designed by architect Siamak Harir. We were tasked with branding this property to appeal to high-end buyers looking to live in this desirable neighbourhood. First we started with a custom-designed crest (with a turtle nestled in the centre) to give it both sophistication and a timeless appeal. Then the brand was extended across all sales materials like floor plans, registration cards as well as sales office signage, website, and an ad campaign.
