There's an area just outside of Canada's capital in Ottawa that was getting a new development of luxury condos, town homes and retail by our client RioCan. We were tasked with creating a lifestyle brand to help sell them. Everything from the name, to the logo, construction hoarding, website and creating the overall brand story and guidelines were done. The area was typically underdeveloped with the target being government families that had to move frequently in the past for their jobs commuting into Ottawa. We wanted to create a home but also one that wasn't just a suburb, but an exciting new luxury dwelling in a nature-surrounded setting.  We called it Frontier to pay respect to the original explorers of our country who also had to settle this land and make it their home.
