STRADA - CONDO DEVELOPMENT COLLEGE & MANNING

Strada is a new condo development being built in Toronto's 'Little Italy'.
The audience is young professionals, with an affinity for that dolce vita. The name Strada simply means 'street' in Italian. Which is fitting, because College is 'the street' – the heart of this iconic neighbourhood. It is lined with Italian restaurants and patios with trellises, cafés and also spotted with local fruit and vegetable stands with one or two music venues in between. The typography was inspired by retro Italian signage and this was mixed with the finishes and textures that are within the actual suites.
